Privacy Policy

Omnia Data Analytics LLC (“we”, “our”) operates Neuro-Flow. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how it’s used.

What we collect

By default, nothing leaves your device to us or to any third-party processor. All core functionality — habit tracking, focus sessions, the Dopamine Menu, voice journaling, and the on-device coach — runs entirely on your device, with app data synced through your own private iCloud account (governed by Apple’s privacy policy), which we cannot access. We do not track you: no advertising identifiers, no third-party ad or analytics SDKs, no cross-app tracking.

Health data stays on your device. Health & Fitness data is read on-device through Apple HealthKit and is never transmitted off the device — it is not even synced to your iCloud account. We keep no server-side copy of your health data. Voice-journal audio and transcripts are processed on-device by default; journal entries sync only through your private iCloud account, like the rest of your app data, where we have no access to them. Habit reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device — nothing is pushed from a server.

A small set of optional features can send data off-device. Each is opt-in and off by default:

• Cloud AI coach — sends your coaching context (habit names and aggregate completion stats — never journal text, health data, or location) to the Neuro-Flow backend, which forwards it to an AI provider. Requests are authenticated with a device attestation and your App Store subscription proof — never your name, email, or iCloud identity.
• Apple speech recognition — sends voice-journal audio to Apple’s speech service for transcription only if you enable it; on-device transcription (and on-device summaries) are the default.
• Weather context — sends a coarse, city-level location to Apple WeatherKit; never precise coordinates, never to our backend.
• Accountability circles and live body-doubling — share circle membership and a presence beacon (who's here plus a session timer — no audio or video) with people you invite.
• Web companion — sends habit names, streaks, and aggregate stats (never journal notes or health data) so you can view a read-only dashboard in a browser.
• Neuro-Flow account — stores a display name and account identifier; it is the prerequisite for the identity-linked features above.

We do not collect browsing history, contacts, or financial information. Payments are handled entirely by Apple — we never see your payment details. When you enable a cloud feature, the app does send Apple’s signed subscription proof (a transaction identifier — not your name or payment method) so our backend can verify Premium and meter fair use; if you never enable a cloud feature, no purchase information leaves your device. Our App Store privacy labels carry the same inventory described on this page.

How we use your data

Only to operate, secure, and improve Neuro-Flow. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party ad networks.

Service providers

When you turn on an optional cloud feature, the data described above is processed by a small, fixed set of providers acting on our behalf. We do not add advertising or analytics providers.

• Apple — iCloud / CloudKit stores and syncs your app data, your optional account record, and circle/presence sharing within your Apple account; WeatherKit returns weather for a coarse, city-level location; on-device and optional server-based Speech Recognition transcribe voice journals. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
• Microsoft Azure (United States) — hosts the Neuro-Flow backend (cloud coach gateway, web-companion dashboard mirror and sessions, abuse reports, fair-use metering).
• Anthropic — the current AI provider behind the cloud coach and optional cloud voice-journal summaries. Requests are sent without your name, email, or Apple ID. Anthropic does not train its models on data sent through its API. The active provider may change; this page will name the current one.

Data retention

On-device and private-iCloud data is kept until you delete it. For the optional server-side features, our backend retains data only as long as needed to run the feature:

• Cloud coach / voice-journal summaries — coaching context is sent to the AI provider to generate a response and is not retained as a conversation history on our backend beyond transient processing and short-lived operational logs (cleared within 30 days).
• Web companion — the read-only dashboard snapshot is stored until you upload a newer one, disconnect the web companion, or delete your account; pairing codes are single-use and expire within 10 minutes; web sessions expire within 30 days (or sooner if revoked).
• Subscription proof & fair-use metering — a signed transaction identifier and per-period usage counters are retained while your subscription is active and for a short period afterward for accounting and abuse prevention.
• Abuse reports — reports you send (e.g., for a circle or member) are retained while we review and act on them.
• Account record — your display name and identifier are retained until you delete your account (Settings > Neuro-Flow Account > Delete Account), after which they are removed from our backend.

Children

Neuro-Flow is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information through an optional cloud feature, contact us and we will delete it.

Community & reporting

Accountability circles are invite-only and contain no public posting, discovery, or messaging. The limited text members share with each other (circle, display, and habit names) is filtered for objectionable content before it is shared. Inside the app you can report a circle or a member, block another member, and — if you own a circle — remove a member. We review reports sent to info@omniadataanalytics.com and act on them.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information. Email info@omniadataanalytics.com with the subject line “Privacy request”.

You can also delete your optional Neuro-Flow account yourself, directly in the app (Settings > Neuro-Flow Account > Delete Account). This removes your display name and identifier from our backend, removes you from all circles, and disconnects the web companion; your habits and check-ins remain on your device.
